Hi, I’m Bing Bai

I am an Assistant Professor of Operations Management at Desautels Faculty of Management, McGill University.
My research focuses on data-driven problems in the digitization of online platforms. I implement field experiments, and use structural models, causal inference and machine learning to study human behaviors and the human-algorithm connections on platforms.
